Man Walking With Intestines Bulging Out of His Stomach Spotted in Abuja [PHOTOS]

The man, simply identified as Umaru was spotted in Abuja with part of his intestines bulging out. He is in medical distress urgently need fund to undergo surgery.

   The man and his children, pictured together, are Muslims from Tsohon Karshi, Nasarawa state.
   
   A Facebook user identified as Sheikh Yahaya Abdullahi Mato, who shared the story and photos, revealed that he met the man in Abuja and was moved to tears when he told me how the family of his wife took her away from him leaving just him, his illness and his children whom he struggles to take care of.
   
   According to Mato, the National Hospital Abuja charged him N450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand Naira only) for the operation.
