Incase you're a fanatical biafran who completely hate to hear the truth, then please for the sake of your health, kindly stop reading further and stay clear out of this post cos I, John Nwamary Attamah is tired of the heartlessness & hypocrisy.
Just before you stretch your mouth, let me make it emphatically clear that I love my father land, the Igbo land. And I love to see it flourish. I love to see the sorrows of the Biafra war wiped off our hearts with good development and growth in every part of the south eastern Nigeria.
But it is very unfortunate that that biafran dream is being killed by the same we, the Igbos, who claim to be clamoring for it.

We blame every other person except ourselves for our predicaments.
How can we be saying we want our own nation with the excuse that we are being marginalized and abandoned by all past leaders but incidentally, we are being very very wicked to ourselves? We are destroying ourselves and chasing our own people out of the same "home" we want them to come back to?

Now that I seem to be pissing you off, let me ask you this questions.
What exactly is the justification of the ridiculous hike in price of transportation in the South East?Today is 20th January, yet I paid N10k, for transportation from Onitsha to Kaduna. It was almost N20k in the 1st week of January.
How come motorcycle spare parts are cheaper in the north than Awka whereas it is in Nnewi that those selling in the north purchases their goods from?

How come the same size of Udala (agbaluma) that is sold for N20 in Kano & Kaduna is sold for N50 in Onitsha?
Palm oil is now out of the reach of an Igbo low income earner. When I ask why, I hear the new deceptive song in town, "Buhari this... Buhari that. What on earth has Buhari got to do with the Palm oil that is grown and produced across our "Biafra region"???
How come it is easier for an Igbo man to get help & empowerment to grow his business from others (including Igbos) outside Igbo land than from his own kinsmen in the East?

When exactly are we going to truly unite against our common enemies, which are greed & selfishness?
We want Biafra yet an Imo man hates to sell land to an Abia man. An Anambra woman calls an Enugu woman a lesser Igbo. We call certain people Freeborn & some, slaves (osu) in the same Igbo land, hundreds of years after slavery was abolished. Some part of Anambra and Imo cannot get married till today. We so discriminate against our own people living outside our region, calling them efulefu. Most of our people whom God has blessed with wealth will rather die than share their wealth because they want to be the only 'powerful' ones around and be 'worshiped by all.
We want Biafra yet no single "Biafran political structure" has been put in place simply because no state, clan or region can wilfully allow them built in the other.

How many Igbo political figures and leaders have come out to openly support the Biafra independence?
Look, until we first love ourselves and take away this greed eating us up, the clamour for Biafra is NONSENSE to me.
