Tomorrow will be hot at the Supreme Court as lawyers of all the major contending bigwigs are putting finishing touches at their preparation for tomorrow’s legal firework 
.
Before we proceed on what will may transpire tomorrow, let’s assure our readers that our reporter is already in Abuja and will be in court first thing tomorrow morning to give us live feeds as they happen tomorrow.
No doubt the green light given to Dr. Alex Otti by the Supreme Court to file his paper gave a new twist to the matter completely and the worst hit by that decision is Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah considering that he was to benefit from the decision of the Supreme Court directly if Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu becomes disqualified finally. But this new twist gave Dr. Alex Otti a life line which could favour him or otherwise.
Both Dr. Alex Otti and Dr. Uche Ogah’s camps has been debating online on who will ultimately enjoy the benefit if the Supreme Court disqualifies Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu. Remember, AFN used the word ‘IF ‘.
While Ogah’s camp are maintaining that Ogah Vs Ikpeazu is a completely an internal party affair, Otti’s camp are pointing to the electoral act as amended which stipulates that someone must participate in all level of an electoral process before he or she can emerge as a governor. Obviously, Dr. Uche Ogah did not participate in all the election process, but the wise Supreme Court justices know better.
Based on our legal department advice, we gathered that the best move for Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah’s legal team would be to block the adoption of Dr. Alex Otti’s legal submission tomorrow and make sure theirs successfully goes through adoption. If they can achieve that, we could assume that Dr. Alex Otti’s application will become an academic exercise. (This may indeed be their joker)
But our information confirms that Dr. Alex Otti’s legal team has filed all their briefs and likewise served all parties involved. We also believe they are aware of the joker we describe above and should be preparing to throw in all available spammers to frustrate the legal team of Ogah by making sure their matter is heard alongside.
Off course, it is no longer secret that Ogah’s camp are maintaining that their matter(Ogah vs Ikpeazu) is different from other matters seeking to be joined. So, they are insisting that theirs be heard differently, but other individuals are also appealing to the Supreme Court to hear the matters at once. Will the wise Supreme Court justices hear the matters at once? Tomorrow will tell.
Our reporter informed us that Abians from all political divide have taken over the city of ABUJA, expecting the adoption tomorrow and maybe judgement next tomorrow.
